6504 - HD Polyurethane Ducting

6504 is manufactured from a thick, clear polyurethane reinforced with a coated copper steel wire helix. It is suitable for the suction and transportation of granules, powders, pellets, sawdust and other abrasives. It is a heavier duty version of our standard 6503 - medium duty polyurethane ducting.

Key Features:

Strong, light and flexible. Extremely good abrasion resistance. Resistance to mineral oils, ageing, atmospherical agents, ozone and most chemicals.

Standards:

Raw materials in accordance to REACH, conforms to RoHS regulations. It can be made anti-static by earthing the coppered steel spiral. The electrical resistance R = 10² Ohm/m is according to ISO 8031 - ATEX Directive 94/4/EC and 99/92/EC.
