6724 - Food Quality Nylon Tubing

Manufactured from a high viscosity nylon 12 compound (PA12) to give lower water absorption. This semi-rigid tubing is a food quality, lighter alternative to our standard 6710 nylon tubing. Often used for fluid transfer applications in a range of industries. Particularly suited to applications requiring low temperature impact strength.

Key Features:

Food grade and good chemical / weathering resistance. High toughness, even when at low operating temperatures. Good mechanical properties and lower water absorption than nylon 6.

Standards:

Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1500 (9) and EC Regulation No. 10/2011. Offers a UL 94 Flame Rating HB.
