6504F - Food Quality HD PU Ducting

Manufactured from translucent polyurethane, reinforced with a coated steel spiral for additional strength. This food approved ducting has an almost smooth bore, making it a suitable choice when conveying dry and abrasive materials such as pellets and powders.

Key Features:

Abrasion resistant. The wall material is anti-static (R <10⁹ Ohm/m). Excellent resistance to microbes, hydrolysis, chemicals, ozone, UV rays and weather conditions. Phthalate free and odourless.

Standards:

EU Regulation 10/2011, FDA title 21 CFR 177.2600, RoHS 2011/65/EC Directive, REACH Regulation (1907/2006). It can be made electrically bonded by earthing the steel spiral. The electrical resistance R = 10² Ohm/m is according to ISO 8031 - ATEX Directive 94/4/EC and 99/92/EC.
